Someone who is literally perfect in every way shape or form. Someone you constantly want to talk to, and someone who you can’t stop smiling at.

Girl: “Did you talk to him last night?”

The word breezy is a combination of the two words which describe a woman that is easy. The word "broad" (slang for a woman) is combined with the word easy creating the derogatory word "breezy."
