One who runs around with high energy and no real purpose. A hyperactive person.

A person who is being overly stimulated, over excited or out of control of their emotions to the point of it being obnoxious to those around them.

A person who is completely agro or out of control.

Barnyard Billy

Where a man is giving the hardest anal ever felt to either a male or female while a rope is tied around the taker's neck and to the end of the dick so that whenever the male pulls back then the head of the victim is yanked. They victim is taking it so hard that they also scream like a goat.
