“Megan has grandma been drinking” is a phrase used by the hapless Maplewood PD when a grandma is driving kinda shitty, possibly under the influence. Really, you can substitute any child’s name in there, such as “Hunter has grandma been drinking.”
Driving down Highway 36, by the intersection of English Street, the Maplewood PD pulled over poor old granny and went over to the passenger side and said the following “Megan has grandma been drinking.”

Referring to someone experienced in something. Like a dog who's been sniffing all around the bush every other dog pees at. He's well informed and experienced in the neighborhood.

Promiscuous to the most extreme degree imaginable. Much worse than been around the block and the subsequently stronger been around town and been around the country.
Person 1: That slut hasn't just been around the block; she's fucking been around the world!
Person 2: And with all the STDs she must be carrying, it's no surprise she still can't find her baby!
