A term used to describe a male's testicles getting stuck to his leg.

Tony didn't care who he was talking to, it could have been the Queen of England, he was gonna reach down and fix himself if he was batwinging it no matter who it was.

When the male's scrotum is sweaty and it sticks to the sides of the legs, to resemble a bat's wings.
