Most commonly used to mean anything that totally owned anything else. Also used as a move in Gran Turismo 4 when a player goes balls out into the turn without braking and knocks another player way out into the spin-out zone thus allowing him to pass said car and still make the turn.

An expression not meaning to put your testicals in someones face but just a term that can follow anything but not mean anything. Frequently used in Ohio. Also can mean the same as a "T-Bagging"

"Ohhhh!! BALLS IN THE FACE!"

Or used when someone throws actual balls the face

"Balls in the face!"

As a T-bagging:

"Shit dude when Brian fell asleep we gave him some mad balls in the face"

This is a term refering to a person who has had BALLS written on their forehead while sleeping.
Example1: In the movie Garden State the main character gets doped up and wakes up with BALLS written on his forehead in permenant marker
Example2: My friend Mellisa (ball-face) who fell asleep while watching garden state, thus requiring us to endow her with the same marking.

"Gee, ball-face (Mellisa) hasn't called me in forever..." friend-"Maybe its cause you keep calling her ball-face?"

Damn was that long ass homework assignment balls to the face.
