Awareanoid 

When a person seems to be paranoid except for that the person seeming paranoid is actually correctly stressing. They really are being followed. People really are out to get them and they are looking over their shoulder and out the blinds of their living room for good reason. That guy isn't paranoid he's awareanoid.

Awaranoia

A condition when one's friends dismiss his thoughts as paranoid and eccentric, when in actuality he has a heightened state of awareness and knows the secrets of the universe.

Dude A: I'm freaking out man!

Dude B: Dude you're just paranoid...

Dude A: Nah man, it's just my awaranoia acting up.
