When a person has a exceeded the sane amount of austism that he/she gets a seizure and starts screaming: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE and spazzes his arm on his chest like a mentally disabled individual . An autistic screech can be contracted by other autistic beings.
Bob has been around so many austistic people that he ended up doing an autistic screech.
