The man who is the fusion of Artur and Vilo, one of the saviours from the army of Shant. In 2075 Cyborg Artur and Vilo fuse to make a near-perfect being, capable of standing up to Shant's elite military forces. Sadly, they were not able to finish Shant off, but did manage to destroy most of his army.
