Anal Shotgun 

The act of placing a cigar in a persons ass and lighting the end that is sticking out. The person is instructed to use thier anal muscles to take a draw on the cigar. When it is done the other person removes the cigar and places thier mouth over the other one asshole and the person blows the smoke in that person mouth.
