A near-satanic ritual which involves wanking in a public toilet and washing your penis with the water in the toilet bowl. Males performing the ritual usually do this to shrink their penis to allegedly gain a longer life span. If females wish to attempt to do this ritual, they must instead dip their finger in the toilet bowl and shove it up their vagina.
I heard that man across the road performed Alhamdan in the Mcdonalds toilets.
