It is a self-designated title of a person who identifies as a supporter and compassionate helper to others who identify as needing support to achieve optimal ability.

I consulted an AA and A at the conference center to locate accessible transportation for wheelchair, stroller, and bike users.

a very nice way to tell someone to be quiet because you're sick of them talking. Usually slurred out when saying. It's quite nicer than saying "Shut the fuck up bitch."
