A Tysh 

A Tysh is a gollum like creature typically living in a hovel somewhere that occasionally appears in random community forums and political events to give unsolicited lectures on "Green Party Ideology". It doesn't understand or care about the impacts of its words on ordinary people and will use distraction tactics (typically anti opposition slurs) when making poor points.

It is also a scary prospect for children as it can cause them to become wildly deranged believing the world will end despite having no scientific basis to back up the claims. Terrifying creatures.
