421 stands for Kratom! 4/21 (April 21st) is national Kratom day. The day where you chug Kratom and get sauced/kratered (buzzed off kratom). Kratom gives you energy at lower doses and enhances mood and relaxation (especially at higher doses). Higher doses is also good for pain relief.
