2 Percenter 

A student at Texas A&M University who does not participate in traditions or participates only to a certain point.

Sitting during a football game, leaving early, not uncovering during yells, does not go to events such as Silver Taps and Muster, basically sits around in their dorm all day and does not get involved. A 2 percenter can do any one of these or sometimes all of them

If we took 2 percent... put them in jail period...all problems would instantly go away...2 percent would be the baseline...mandatory minimum.
