Used to define something disgusting and is typically used as an insult, to say someone drinks butt juice. Butt juice has no limits and can be used anyway or be anything you want (but it is typically a liquid).

Butt Huggers

A derogatory term for men’s briefs, used to mock the fact that tight briefs are tight around a man’s butt, almost as though they are hugging his butt. This is in contrast to more popular types of men’s underwear, such as boxer briefs, which are tight around the legs rather than the butt, and regular boxer shorts, which are not tight at all and therefore do not hug any part of the body.

Person 1: He must’ve been so embarrassed that his pants fell down and everyone saw his underwear.

Person 2: Yeah. Everyone was laughing really hard at him, especially since he was wearing butt huggers instead of boxers.
