A phrase most often used to respond to a statement in the most ridiculous way possible. It's usually done when someone is struggling or having problems with something.

Jason: Damn, I've only got $5 in my bank account
Aaron: Well just add more money to your bank account, it's that easy.

Nicholas: Oh my god, he's drowning in the pool!
Aaron: He should just swim to the surface, it's that easy.
