1. Plays an istrument (or pretends to)
2. Can read music (or pretends to)
3. Wears a goofy uniform
4. Wears compfy but silly-looking shoes in either black or while with the heel cut off
5. Has two brains... or none at all

Drummers are a diverse bunch of band kids... some are super-smart (not many (-:) annd some are super-dumb (are not! They just think differently)

Also known as hell week(s). You run, stretch, march, drill, learn work (color guard) and music (band), and practice all in extreme heat. Which all results in muscle cramps, soreness, bruises, broken bones (color guard; on occasion), dehydration, and tiredness.

Band camp sucks.

A cluster of 50 or so high school students, not to be underestimated. They are, for the most part, legally insane and should be feared and respected. Band geeks have a tendency to be perverts, but remarkably hilarious at the same time. They are an odd species, with outstanding talents for dances and unsual vocals. They tend to lack in respect for anyone's personal space and have the amazing ability to eat jawbreakers and play brass instruments at the same time.
