Bald Head Press Conference

When a high-ranking official with a notably bald head has to publicly deny knowledge of a scandal they definitely knew about. The shinier the head under the press conference lights, the bigger the lie. Often characterized by excessive sweating, dramatic hand gestures, and promises to "investigate" things they've been CC'd on for years.

The Mayor called a bald head press conference to explain how he 'just learned' about the corruption in his own administration. His head was so shiny you could see the reporters' reflections.

A game typically played when atleast 3 or more people engages in a sexually motivated game where two or more “gropers” are released into a pitch black room filled with many men (penis is required to participate) with their wood pointing to the ceiling (being erect isn’t required but greatly encouraged). The gropers must then go round and grab one or more players penis and give a slight tug. Once this task has been successfully completed gropers must regroup at the door of the room and switch on the light, then the gropees must try correctly guess their groper and if they do will be rewarded with taking their place as a groper.

Balloon-head

1 - Refers to when your mind is filled with too many random things and preoccupations, and your thoughts get incoherent, hence making you a balloon-head. Gets it's sense as being a metaphor for a balloon, which is always full and big, but always filled with nothing.

2 - Can also be used as an insult, in a similar sense to "empty-minded" or "thoughtless".

• I've got such a balloon-head today. Didn't sleep well, and the tests are next weekend.

• She's such a balloon-head. Her boyfriend goes on dates with her brother, and still, she always finds reasons to forgive him.
