An alternative phrase used for a creature in Native American folklore, associated with cannibalism. Came about in order to avoid naming it directly, as even mentioning it is highly disrespectful to the culture it originates from.

Person 1: Hey, be careful about watching the second episode of Supernatural, it has Skinny Boys in it and they say the name several times.
