Rio Ranger is the Floormaster of the 3rd floor in yttd, along with Tia Safalin. He's called the "Dress-up Doll" because he wears the clothes of dead people. His name "Rio Ranger" is a pun for the word "Rearranger". He is only capable of feeling negative emotions, because Gashu Satou(His father) Thought that was what would make him more "Human". I love him so much
