A break from snacking. Not a break where you snack. If you are snacking for a long period of time, and you need momentary reprieve from said snacking.

JJ break

A JJ break is a break in between sets where you take less than a minute to rest your muscles (20 seconds to be exact). The reason is to go outside and go biking because the weather is nice (over 65 degrees) so you completely neglect all risks of muscle tear.

JJ: Yo Darbs we gotta lock in and do our workout. I don't want to take more than an hour at the gym.
Darbs: So you wanna JJ break all of our sets?
