Piss baby

The bloating that occurs on a woman's abdomen when she has a full bladder. Often times after sex a woman will have to pee really bad from the stimulation, which can create a piss baby. It's called a piss baby because it makes her abdomen swell, and loosely resembles a pregnant woman's stomach.
