An un-masculine, puny male who acts like a catty little bitch. Is annoying and immature and pisses people off to the point where they want to inflict physical harm on him. Is not tough at all, and usually cannot physically fight back or defend himself. Fights back by running his mouth, pestering someone, or by pursuing legal action against them (that’s usually all he can do, since he’s not a tough guy)
