A humorous term used to exaggerate a point/story to make it seem more exciting or interesting.

1.) "When I had my Monte Carlo I was rippin' tits down that highway!"
(i.e. speeding; exaggerating how fast he drove)

2.) "I was ripping tits on guitar at the show last night."
(i.e. playing well; exaggerating how well he played)

A surfing term, meaning to surf, or shred waves.

"Dude, let's go rip bananas!"
