Charlie's list

A list made up by grumpy old farts at places of employment
listing fellow employees in a rank from 1 to 10. Associates within the top 5 get their pictures on the Charlie wall, free gardening magazines, lolipops and pictures of naked ladies from Las Vegas. The botton 5 gets pooped on.

Hey, the kid's not doin' so well on the Charlie's list. Take down his picture and spit on the floor when somebody says his name!

The collection of poor souls who have decided to ghost you rather than (wo)man up and just tell you they were not interested.

Of all the people I have been talking to, I would have never thought this guy woud end up on my Casper List.

A person who writes top-ten lists of things, often very poorly, with the intent of informing the reader about something the author assumes the reader didn't previously know. These lists usually include well-known factoids that lots of people know, and are usually tainted by the author's personal opinion. Seen on web sites like Buzzfeed.

I'm going to launch a Buzzfeed clone and become a journal-list.
