The time frame that most people in Miami use for arriving for partys or events.
I.E. an hour or more late

"Dude, where is everyone? The party started at 8."
"They're running on Cuban Time, man."

Reclaiming my time

Phrase used in congressional hearings when politicians are allotted a specific amount of time to speak and/or question those called to testify at such hearings. If during their allotted time they deem a person who is testifying to be lying, misleading, or drawing out the time by not answering the questions directly, the congressperson may reclaim their time. This is allowed within the United States House of Representatives rules and procedures. Most often attributed to Congresswoman Rep. Maxine Waters (Democrat, California) from a hearing in 2017 when she was questioning Secretary of Finance Steven Mnuchin.

Mary Jane Piss in your face fun time.

The same act as Cheesing. That is to say, huffing cat urine, excreted when marking a cats territory. It is a much easier and subtler way to get high than using illegal substances. The results are that of a great acid trip, immediately transferring the conscious to the boob universe. It's pretty awesome there.

Weedlight Saving Time

When you set your clock forward one hour at 3:20 so you can have an excuse to smoke the last of your pot and then an hour later you can tell someone else it's 4:20 and you have none "you'll hit them back next time". :

"Hey man you said you only had a blunt of that left but now you're telling me you got high all day long yesterday.. what the funk!?!?" -steve

bullet time

A highly sophisticated slow motion special effect technique used to show a bullet in flight. The action is slowed down to show the bullet traveling as it passes through the air. The bullet emits tracer rings to show its path and to show it tearing through the air. This technique was pioneered and made popular in the science-fiction film The Matrix. This technique has since been used in many movies and video games including Max Payne, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Charlie's Angels to name a few examples.
