The act of cutting your banana into your cereal that has almost no milk with a spoon. This is because your knives are packed away and you're too lazy to get them/forgot where they're packed, AND you couldn't be bothered to go to the grocery store because you're too poor to afford milk that isn't baby-formula.

I just college cereal'd my cocoa puffs and my roommate looked at me, then proceeded to offer me water to make the milk last longer.

The 2019 college admissions bribery scandal refers to a scheme to influence admissions decisions at American universities. On March 12, 2019, U.S. federal prosecutors in the District of Massachusetts unsealed indictments and complaints against 50 people, including the organizer of the scheme and university coaches he bribed, as well as prominent businesspeople and actors who were parents of children applying to college, who are alleged to have used briberyand fraud in attempts to secure admission for their children at eight universities.

Collegegate is an example of corruption in America.
