A term used to describe President Obama's constant apologizing to foreign governments and despots for the actions of the United States and the Ameican people.

THE MOST FRICKEN ADORABLE LITTLE DEFENSE ATTORNEY EVER! His hair is amazing, and he's awesome. He is a bit aggressive though. Probably gay. Yes, he's probably gay for Klavier Gavin. Klavier Gavin gave him the nickname of Herr Forehead, which means Mr. Forehead, mocking is overly large head. His forehead isn't big, he's just smarter than you, Klavier.
