Usually spends an enourmous amount of time and money on his appearence and is prone to having hissy fits if he is not noticed or if someone is wearing the same outfit. Follows every fashion fad going and doesn't like to play any sports in case he hurts himself or damages his appearance.

Dumb people that follow each other mindlessly, similar to sheep following each other down the slaughtering track. This is used to describe people in situations such as traffic (on their phones), store check-out lanes, public crowds in sporting events or concerts, etc. or various other crowd-related events. Rhymes with "people" hence the pun on words.
