Basically when someone is 16 and their friend is 15 and someone accuses the 16 year old of being a pedophile with absolutely no concept of what a pedophile actually is. If the 16 year old has a row with the 15 year old, then the 15 year old will appeal to emotion through creating false accusations of the 16 year old of being a pedophile.
