An insult for Comcast after cheating and screwing you over.

Scumcast completely ripped me off. First, they raised the price of my service without even notifying me and just charge my bank card. When I canceled their service for another internet provider, they said they'd send me a refund check for what I didn't use for that month, but I never even received that check.

Scumdon is the name given to London Ontario. Scumdon Ontario is filled with the scum on the earth.
