Cringe

An adjective to describe an awkward, embarrass feeling when a person says something strange but satisfying. In essence, someone has told an unspoken truth blatantly instead of euphemistically.

Person A: You know, you've been my world friend. Thanks for being here all the time.

Person B: *cringe* Wow, thanks for telling me that. It made me really happy, but it sure cringed me.
