The point in an individuals love life where they no longer seek the company of a partner that is attractive and has something going for them and downgrades to a point below the lowest and final downgrade which happens to be called wallering in da taffy. Where they now seek company and sexual favors (blow jobs, head, or slow neck) from the unattractive, std ridden taffy puddins.
