when someone has really gay flo... stubbornly continues to think he is 100% man despite the fact that his voice is so high he undeniably has a vagine, they are a TOOL BAG.

A person who is a huge dick to everyone to the point were he or she exceeds the right to be called just a "tool", and they are now refferd to as a tool box.

Tool Belt

the strip of houses near a college campus normally deemed "Frat Row". It is known to contain large amounts of tools prone to wearing muscle tanks even in the dead of winter, fondness for cheap alcohol, and homosexual tendencies disguised with overcompensating levels of masculine aggression. Although they do throw the occasional fun party.

As long as it's at an apartment. I'm sick of traversing the Tool Belt.
