A mandatory shit you take at the airport, before boarding the plane. Because you don't wanna drop a load in those cramped nasty-ass airplane bathrooms!
Hey Steve, I just took my required pre-flight shit. No way in hell I'm using the bathroom on the plane to drop my load!

That sudden rush of anxiety you get when preparing to smoke a bowl of weed for the first time in a while. It involves deep breaths and a slightly raised heart-rate. It can of course turn into a panic attack if you don't hurry up and smoke.
Person 1: Come on man, hurry up and smoke already.
Person 2: Chill out, I will a min, just got a wee bit of pre-smoke anxiety.
Person 1: Pussyyyy

Using anything regarding a crushing memory yo motivate you in the gym instead of normal pre-workout (e.g. reading ex texts or talking to your ex, remembering a dead relative/friend, etc.)
Person 1: Damn I ran outta pre
Person 2: That sucks, you gonna use the forbidden pre workout?
Person 1: Already sent the text

A term derived from the text Unlock Reality which spawned the term Unlock Reality (UR) and the UR-Effect. It is a phenomenon felt by people in the days prior to reading the text Unlock Reality.
It describes a feeling of increased synchronicity with the universe that extends beyond mere coincidence. Examples include locating objects of desire in strange places and meeting long lost friends.
It is similar though distinctive to the UR-Effect as it is a sense of recognising an emerging pattern from seeming randomness, as oppose to the more complete sense of connectivity associated with the UR-Effect.
The Pre-UR-Effect was first noted on the Care2 network as members of the Prepare to Unlock Reality group recorded personal events as they waited for Unlock Reality bookcrossing manuscripts to reach them in the post.

The Pre-UR-Effect began for Chris when she started to find the exact things she really wanted and had been looking for at extremely low prices.
Jane felt the full force of the Pre-UR-Effect as she bumped into a long lost school friend as she went to pick up a bookcrossing copy of Unlock Reality from the post office.

Using memorabilia of an old relationship that did or did not happen to use as pre-workout for a harder, more meaningful, workout. examples would include pictures, text messages, notes, as well as other things. Fuck your ex, go back if you’re a pussy.(but who don’t love pussy). NOTE: always hits harder when you’re still in love with her.
I tapped into the forbidden pre workout and used my texts with my ex along with futures new album to get the best pump of my life.
