A type of guerrilla warfare used in the Civil War Era. Similar to bushwacking.....and according to gabby Johnson....a crockercroakers main desire was to maim, plunder, and sexually assault women,children, and livestock...crockercroakers traveled in packs and had wild cookouts at night fueled by whiskey, skillet beans, and flatulence..these nightly

Gatherings (or plunder parties) are believed to be some of the most perverted in history...often driving off cattle from the days plunder...crockercroakers often had lookouts perched on highest ground or structure (often a bell tower)..and as the flatulence ensued fellow crockercroakers would holler "can you see anything"...these rantings were usually answered with a belching moan made famous by the man most consider the godfather of crocker croaking...one gabby Johnson of Lawrence, Kansas. On the croakers offensive...they often used the dreaded "number 6" on their plunder assault...when asked if they spare the women and children....a croaker would scream " he'll naw we rape the shit outta them" to this meant everything to the croakers cause and way of life...
