The term is a phrase used by middle and high schoolers, preferably named, Dwayne Johnson Juicy J, That Swedish girl and Erica. This term is used in reference to when "hitting" the gym, achieving muscle gains, and taking a picture to post on the application Snapchat. (if you don't take a picture, were you even really there?)

Wannab rapper: ay did u see that they went to the gym again today? They sent me the Hella M.G pic. they must bench more than I do...
