One with high mustache content. This is derived from the features of middle eastern folk, as they often have thick facial hair.

Due to length, the term may often be shortened to either "Rana", "Hossain", "Hossein", "Hussein" or another deviation. It is sometimes represented by another middle eastern name, such as "Mohammed" or "Amir."
