n. You're at a traffic light trying to turn left. You can turn on green when there's no traffic, but there's always traffic at this intersection. You pull out into the middle of the intersection, wait until your light turns red, and turn when the oncoming traffic stops for the red light and before the traffic from the cross street starts going on their green light. Two or three cars turn behind you as well. Originated on West End Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee, because you'll never make a left turn off that street if you don't do a West End left turn.

If a cop sees you, he'll give you a ticket for running a red light.

Toronto Turn in

Drivers in Toronto have a tendency to drive right up to the end of a lane when entering a highway, they also turn into the shoulder and drive a few hundred meters before pulling back into rush hour traffic.

Stuck in Rush hour traffic on the 401, see some idiot driving in the shoulder, passing a bunch of cars.

U-Turn 

A sexual act preformed while driving. When a woman preforms oral while your driving, and you switch roles going down the road and begin to eat her out while she drives. Can be preformed at a stoplight or stop sign. Also known as reverse road head.

She was giving me roadhead, so after I finished we pulled a U-Turn at the stop sign.

shank and turn 

(metaphorically) when you take your home made stabbing implement, stuck it into someone's flesh and turned it in a clockwise/anticlockwise direction (your choice). Like when you make a harsh call and instead of saying 'ooo snap' you'd say "oh what a shank and turn".
