Master Robot

(Not to be confused with Mega Man's Robot Masters.)

Bosses from the Master System/Game Gear versions of Sonic 2 and Sonic Chaos. May also be suped-up badniks. Made from Robotnik for the sole purpose to keep the emeralds away from Sonic and/or Tails.

Lonely Robot

A lonely robot is something you can call somebody who acts like an NPC who also happens to have no friends. You can also use it towards somebody like you're reading a book. Saying things like "the lonely robot asked" "the lonely robot said".

Following this with onomatopoeias like "Beep" or "Boop" that resemble a robot can also be used to describe them, like you're translating what they said into robot slang.

Linda: "You can't call anything perfect, everything can always be improved."

Kora: ""You can't call anything perfect, everything can always be improved." Said the lonely robot."

Lina: "I'm not a lonely robot! That's just something my mom told me."

Kora: ""Beep boop bop!" The lonely robot exclaimed."

Swarm Robotics

A branch of robotics focused on coordinating large numbers (swarms) of relatively simple, cheap, and identical robots to collectively accomplish complex tasks through local interactions and self-organization. Inspired by insect colonies, there's no central brain giving orders; each robot follows basic rules (e.g., "stay close to neighbors," "avoid obstacles," "move toward the goal"), and intelligent group behavior—like search patterns, construction, or mapping—emerges from the chaos. The strength is in redundancy and adaptability; lose a few robots, and the swarm carries on.

Example: A thousand penny-sized Swarm Robotics drones released into a collapsed building to form a distributed sensor network, locating survivors by heat and sound, and painting a real-time map for rescuers. Or, a cloud of micro-robots in space assembling a large solar array by magnetically latching together like intelligent LEGO bricks.

Ideological Robot

A person with little to no understanding of philosophical concepts apart from their own. They regurgitate the same arguments, slogans and idioms that their ideology practices without evidence or reason for those arguments. They are captivated by an ideology to the point of being unable to understand opposing views and regularly strawman them. Their viewpoints are often narrow and completely conformant to their ideology. This may be attributable to their participation in echo chambers or unwillingness to challenge their presuppositions. They are namely a robot due to the fact the exact same talking points and ideas are stated in the same exact way with same exact mistakes continually by multiple people.

Using communism as an example, although it is a bipartisan phenomenonm

A: "Muh It wasn't true communism"
B: "Another ideological robot right from the factory"
Note: A is repeating a tired talking point that fails to understand how communism is put into practice. Rather, dismissing anything apart from a utopian definition as false.

an individual who removes their regular teeth and replaces them with buttplugs, the individual who has done this normally electrifies them with some wire, the wire rubbing against the buttplugs is like a robot brushing it's teeth.
