There are suburb fake wannabe wiggers, and there are real wiggers. The difference between the 2 is some are from an environment which is predominately black, and some were grown up sweet with there parents handing them everything and started out with a credit score of 1000. Basically if someone calls a white person a wigger its the same as saying nigger and is an insult to the black community.
