Pattacake is a Caribbean (mostly Guyanese) synonym for vagina. In the cake making process, in order to ensure a quality product, butter and sugar are combined with vigorous beating in a process called creaming. “Beat that batter,” means to deliver optimal sexual performance to ensure a pattacake is well serviced and satisfied.
