When a couple eating in a restaurant chooses to sit next to each other in a booth or table leaving one side completely empty.

Originates from how hicks sit next to each other in their truck with out the space in the middle.

Look at that couple over their sitting right next to each other instead of facing each other.
I know right I hate when I see people sitting hick...its weird.

These lunches are often long and have been known to be very heavy in caloric intake, which can lead to lack of productivity that’s sometimes lasts long into the night.
