A person that either by hand or with an appropriate kitchen tool, applies pressure to a cooked vegetable, breaking down semi-solid structures and recreating texture, typically with the addition of spices, fat, and other liquid/semiliquid items (milk, sour cream, salt, dried onion, dried garlic, cillantro, black/white pepper, cheese, scallions, bacon, etc.).

The person in the kitchen that turns those starchy white spuds into a thing of beauty.

Mashed Shitatoes

The act of shitting in the shower, then stomping the shit through the shower drain/grate. There then is a rat that eats the shit in the sewer and finds its way to a diner, home, etc... The rat then dies in a potato bin from ingesting whatever nasty garbage you ate and shit out, gets mistaken for a potato, Gets fried and eaten by some fat little kid who looks like gibby from icarly.

Dude I ate a mashed shitatoes today, the rat really looked Like a potato!
