Degree Fatigue

The draining experience of being surrounded by a-holes who are convinced that their academic degree earns them limitless credibility. Degree fatigue can lead to distrust, eye-rolling, jadedness, cubicle-induced Stockholm Syndrome, and the reluctant acquiring of degrees oneself.

Plagued by degree fatigue, a lowly research assistant listened once more as a senior faculty member turned the phrase "I didn't see that email" into someone else's problem.

A person you're attracted to who consistently asks or hints at you to pay a bill for them. Most times at the beginning of the friendship or relationship they shamelessly beg for you to help them out because they are in some sort of bind.

A bill digger I am just getting to know started hinting around that he went over his cell phone minutes. Uh, didn't you know your plan when you chose it 2-3 years ago? If you have no discipline, then get unlimited minutes like I have dummy but NEVER hint or ask me for $ when you're not my man and haven't done a damn thing for me!
