Circum-Nazi

The Definition of "Circum-Nazi" : The person who performs, advocates,promotes any type of Genital Mutilation made in the following is know as Circum-Nazi.

Surgical removal of the testes

Cutting of the genital, foreskin, glans , scrotum or make any other harm to the genital (or the surrounding area)

Excision (removal) of the clitoral hood with or without removal of part or all of the clitoris.

Type 2
Removal of the clitoris together with part or all of the labia minora.

Type 3 (infibulation)
Removal of part or all of the external genitalia (clitoris, labia minora, and labia majora) and stitching and/or narrowing of the vaginal opening leaving a small hole for urine and menstrual flow.

Type 4 (unclassified)
Make any other harm to the genital (or the surrounding area) without a proper medical reason.

NOTE
THERE HAS TO BE A PROPER REASON TO MUTILATE (cut, make harm, alter) the GENITAL.

Cutting of the genital because it reduces the risk of infections, helps to clean IS NOT a PROPER reason to MUTILATE the Genital.

"Proper" means : if it makes harm or if there is a potential threat to the life or organ(s) ex: a cancer , not functioning properly (like if the organ dead) etc.. THEN that's a Proper Reason to Mutilate the Genital.
