The act of drinking 40's, generally OE, walking down the streets of a city stopping every so often to sit on a stoop and pound 40's.

Ethan: Hey Nolan what are you doing tonight?

Nolan: Bryan and I are going to Albany, We're gonna pick up some 40's and go stooping.
