When black people are scared they do the "Sprawl". The scare results in them jumping with their feet landing wide apart, arms stretched out, and in a slight ducking position.

urban sprawl

A loaded term with potentially offensive connotations.

Describes a perceived unlivability in urban locations due to occurrences including but not limited to traffic, pollution, noise, crowding, crime, ethnic politics and generalized hostility - in part by foreign immigration and the tension of meshing separate cultures.
I couldn't handel the urban sprawl that was everyday life in Manhattan; I'm currently looking for land in North Dakota to escape from it all.
