From Family Guy, when Peter Griffin started his old English pub. As you can tell, he put an E at the end of the words to make it Old English like. Knowing Peter, he would an 'e' on Pub, making it Pube.

Clueless speak for sporadic facial hair often grown by teenage boys. So named because it looks like pubic hair of the face. Used to refer to the types who can't grow proper beards, and instead get tufts of hair which they try to arrange artistically.
