Nickname for "Mr. Once-a-Month". In other words, an Oamie is a person who would seemingly have PMS, but he can't because he is a dude. He would be quite emotional and sensitive, but don't be fooled. Oamie would be an easily relatable guy who may not have many guy friends, but has a ton of friends who are girls. Oumeno is a ship from Danganronpa V3, which contains Kokichi Ouma and Himiko Yumeno.
It's a ship that while loved, is completely toxic and a common trigger in the fandom.
Kokichi constantly bullied Himiko and also accused her in chapters 2 and 3 despite him knowing she couldn't have done it.
